Note: Please call your desired Testing Center to schedule an appointment before making any payment. Payments made to CSM will not guarantee you an exam appointment. Please contact your desired Testing Center if you are unsure of the test option you should be selecting. 

You MUST bring your payment receipt and a valid photo ID with you on your test date.
