To complete an application on site you will need proof of high school completion (transcript or diploma), and scores from standardized tests, if available (not required). If you are currently in high school, we can help you get started on the application and you can submit your official transcripts when available.

Participants should already have access to their my.CSMD account, as well as completion of placement test alternatives.
