The revamped CSM Café offers a wide variety of delicious, freshly made morning and afternoon meals. Enjoy the rotating menus at the Yolk & Folk, Char House, Heritage Deli, Rustica, Salad Studio, Main Dish, and Soup Bowl stations, with something new to try every day!

Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
  • Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

CSM College Store

The CSM College Store on the La Plata Campus carries deli express fresh sandwiches and subs, microwaveable meals, soups and crackers, chips and sweet snacks, as well as a large selection of drinks. MAP

 

Catering

Event catering needs to be arranged via a licensed and insured caterer.

Pepsi is CSM’s Exclusive Beverage Provider

CSM has contracted with Pepsi Beverages Company to give PepsiCo beverage pouring rights and allow them the exclusive right to promote and distribute beverages throughout the campuses. As the college’s exclusive beverage provider, please remember that only Pepsi products can be served at college events and meetings.

As part of the agreement, a comprehensive lineup of beverages are available, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Lipton Ice Tea, Gatorade, Propel, and Aquafina which can be conveniently purchased through the CSM College Stores at all campuses, the dining facilities on the La Plata Campus, college-wide vending machines, and concessions. Pepsi products can be ordered through CSM Catering on the La Plata Campus, other food service providers, or purchased directly from local grocery stores.
