Building a Culture of Belonging

The Organizational Development, Talent, and Equity Office works to nurture an environment at CSM that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful of all students, staff, faculty, and visitors—a college community that is free from discrimination, intolerance, and harassment.
The office builds partnerships college-wide and in the Southern Maryland community to provide programs, advocacy and support, training, and other activities that promote a culture of belonging in a time of growth and change. We aim to strengthen our region’s richly diverse community by increasing understanding and appreciation of it.
