  • Graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. 
  • Receive a grade of "B" or better in all program related coursework to be eligible for the waived courses and accelerated rotations. 
  • Apply for admission prior to the semester which contains their MLT clinical practicum rotations as assigned by CSM. 
  • Pass the ASCP MLT Board of Registry Examination.
