  • Successfully complete the requirements of CSM's Associate of Science degree in Pre-Professional Health Science (Public Health Track)
  • Maintain good academic standing at CSM
  • Have completed pre-requisite courses with the required minimum grade of "C"
  • Be accepted for admission to UMD College Park and Shady Grove
