- Successfully complete the requirements of CSM's Associate of Science degree in Pre-Professional Health Science (Public Health Track)
- Maintain good academic standing at CSM
- Have completed pre-requisite courses with the required minimum grade of "C"
- Be accepted for admission to UMD College Park and Shady Grove
