Benefits of Online Appointment Scheduling
It's fast and easy to schedule online! You can now:
- Schedule appointments without having to call or email, which streamlines scheduling and saves you time.
- Choose a specific person to schedule an appointment with.
- Book same-day appointments and view live calendars.
- Edit or cancel your appointment with just a few clicks.
Online appointment scheduling is available for current students for most student services.
Note: For all prospective students or continuing education students, please call or email the appropriate office to schedule an appointment.
How to Schedule an Online Appointment
1. Click here to login OR log into myLearning through my.CSMD and select "Connect to Student Support." | |
2. Click on a department. For example: "Advising and Career Services." | |
3. You have two options for scheduling:

4. Select the reason for your appointment. Then click the “Continue” button in the lower right corner of the page. |

5. Choose a date and time that works for you. Then click the “Continue” button in the lower right corner of the page. |

6. Select your location, and add a few notes about the reason for your visit. Then click the “Continue” button at the lower right corner of the page. |

7. That's it! You have scheduled your advising appointment. You will now receive an on-screen confirmation of your scheduled appointment. You will also receive an appointment in your student email account. |

How to Edit or Cancel Your Appointment
1. Log into myLearning and select "Connect to Student Support." |

2. Click the menu button and then select "Dashboard." |
|
3. You will now see all your upcoming appointments. Select an icon next to the appointment you want to modify:

4. If you are editing the appointment, you may change the reason for the visit or the course. Select "Submit" to save. |
|
5. If you are canceling your appointment, please provide a reason for the cancellation. Select "Submit" to save. |

7. That's it! You will now receive an on-screen confirmation of the change to your appointment. You should also receive an email in your student email account. |
