My experience in the program was intense; working full time and being in school full time put strain on my personal life, but I was grateful for the schedule setup. CSM supported me by providing classes that allowed me to complete all my work online and maintain a balance with my work, personal life, classes, and clinicals.

My instructors were thoroughly educated in the topics discussed and delivered. They had real, professional experience that they used in class discussions to explain topics further.

I was already involved in a selection process and hired in a department even before the end of my program. I am happy and blessed with the job opportunities this program has provided me and it's allowed me to be promoted internally in my department.

My future goal is to complete a bachelor's degree in emergency management. This goal is within reach, and I will be starting within the following year.
