I was a part of CSM’s first pre-apprenticeship program. In the program, I was able to acquire key construction knowledge and earn essential certification cards within the industry. In addition to the classroom time, I was given the opportunity to learn hands on utility skills from SMECO. I later interviewed with SMECO for a lineman apprenticeship opening and was hired to start my new career.
