CTE Students Visit CSM for Hands-on College Experiences

Charles County middle school students visit College of Southern Maryland (CSM) La Plata and Regional Hughesville campuses as part of the Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) Career and Technology Education (CTE) Summer Camps for rising seventh and eighth graders. This CCPS and CSM partnership allows students to explore career avenues and college choices as they plan their high school class schedules and career pathways. Students took part in hands-on lessons and field trips facilitated by CSM staff and faculty as part of the experience.
