Loving Care Senior Services
Providing ideal solutions for seniors who need assistance

 Loving Care Senior Services logo

Founded by Lisa Height-Gross in September of 2009, Loving Care Senior Services has been providing care for nearly 12 years to seniors in the community who need help with daily activities in their homes. The mission of Loving Care is to provide ideal solutions for seniors who need assistance with daily activities, while focusing on individual wellness and encouraging continued independence.

The staff is full of caring and compassionate individuals who have a passion for what they do, enabling the organization to provide excellent quality of care to those who need it. Loving Care offers a wide range of services including hygiene assistance, cleaning, meal planning and cooking, medication reminders, shopping, and more. Over time, the organization realized that the need for these services went beyond just seniors and soon started providing the same services to children and adults, as well. Based in Calvert County, Loving Care provides services to clients throughout Southern Maryland, including Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties.

Loving Care is a licensed health care staff agency, residential service agency, and nursing referral agency in the state of Maryland but is currently looking to expand the services provided. It is in the process of getting a durable medical equipment license so it can distribute medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, and transfer chairs, which will greatly help the clients who need more physical assistance than others.

In addition to working with clients, Loving Care has developed a well-known presence in the community and provides trainings not only to staff, but to others as well. CPR and First Aid training is available virtually, and certified medication technician classes presented by its delegating nurse are available in person.

The organization is currently hiring caregivers, certified nursing assistants, certified medication technicians, a registered nurse, and a part-time quality assurance specialist to join the team to help make a difference in the Southern Maryland region. Applications can be sent through www.lovingcareseniors.net, or resumes can be emailed directly to executive.lovingcare@gmail.com. Additionally, Loving Care is taking new clients and can be contacted at 443-975-7628 for additional information on getting started with services.

"Lisa has provided excellent advice and assistance through her management of my sister's case throughout her residency here in Calvert County, since 1996. Lisa's heart is totally committed to her clients, like my sister. She manages cases with ease and is a trusted resource when we have new developments in her care that require assistance. She is a rare gift in this community." -Karen Martin
