Homeland Security

The Homeland Security program prepares students for a variety of careers and occupational specialties in federal, state, and local government, as well as the private sector.

Students examine a span of local, national and international issues and operations from terrorism to disaster planning and response. This program emphasizes the importance of balancing the need of society to protect life and property with the need to safeguard individual rights. At the successful completion of the degree, students are well prepared for entry-level employment or promotional opportunity.
