The Cloud and Information Technology degree is a program designed to provide students with the essential technical and communication skills required for entry-level employment in the vast field of cloud and information technology (IT).
This program includes coursework that will help students to prepare for entry-level CompTIA certification exams in A+ and Network+. Students also prepare for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) exam in Cloud Practitioner. With further study, students may also be prepared for CompTIA Security+ and AWS Solutions Architect certifications.

This program includes coursework that will help students to prepare for entry-level CompTIA certification exams in A+ and Network+. Students also prepare for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) exam in Cloud Practitioner. With further study, students may also be prepared for CompTIA Security+ and AWS Solutions Architect certifications.
The Technical Support certificate is a program designed to provide students with the essential technical and communication skills required for entry-level employment as an information technology (IT) support specialist, help desk technician, or customer service representative.
The Computing Essentials Letter of Recognition is a program designed to provide students with the essential technical and skills required to prepare for entry-level employment in an information technology (IT) specialist field. Information services technology students take classes to prepare for the following in-demand entry level information technology industry certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+.
Students may be eligible to receive Credit for Prior Learning through Certification Evaluation for up to 15 credits with any of the following current certifications:
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Linux+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Network+
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Students should meet with an advisor to discuss Certification Evaluation, transfer evaluation, or options for transfer to four-year colleges with this program.
