About
I am a dedicated professor with a passion for helping students learn and grow their skill sets. I work full time as an engineer with 30 years of experience applying my knowledge in real-world situations, which I use as examples in the classroom. I actively seek out opportunities to explain the "why" as well as the "how" to solve problems.
My strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and curiosity drive me to explore new ideas and contribute positively to my workplace, community, and my students' learning environment.

Q&A
My teaching style is a hybrid balance between student-centered and teacher-centered approaches. In this blended style, I provide structure and flexibility, adapting a lesson plan to activities that keep students engaged. I like to make sure that the students understand the material covered and answer any questions that they have. I make myself available to meet with students outside of the classroom when they need help with classwork.
