For 235 years, the Constitution has served as the supreme law of the land. Our nation’s founding document, along with the Bill of Rights and other amendments, defines our government and guarantees our rights. Each year, on September 17, Americans celebrate Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. Life. Liberty. Freedom. Prosperity.  “Constitution and Citizenship Day commemorates the formation and signing of the US Constitution on September 17, 1787 and, with the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, recognizing all who are born or naturalized in the U.S. as citizens.”
