Kappa Beta Delta Business Honor Society Business Speakers Series presents the Future of Service with Dr. Roland Rust.

Roland T. Rust is Distinguished University Professor and David Bruce Smith Chair in Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where he is the founder and executive director of the Center for Excellence in Service.

He will be speaking on “The Future of Service." After his talk, there will be a question and answer session.

This event is open to all and is especially relevant for people interested in entrepreneurship, management, customer service, and marketing.
