Attend this panel discussion in person, or on Zoom, to learn more about entrepreneurship. Come join the discussion to find out how other people became entrepreneurs, developed their skills, and learned from their failures.

Greg Page
CEO of PAGE Companies, PBG Construction, and PAGE Healthcare
Greg Page is the Founder and CEO of PAGE Healthcare an experienced healthcare real estate and construction executive with 23 years of industry experience and over two million square feet of development, planning, and construction experience. His depth of experience includes project readiness, program development, conceptual planning, financial feasibility, and linkage to financial subsidies. Greg’s experience includes both acute care hospitals and outpatient facilities across the country. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Construction Management Science & Project Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with Concentrations in Construction Management & Environmental Science.
Corae Young
Chief Program Officer, LifeStyles of Maryland
Corae Young is the Chief Program Officer for LifeStyles of Maryland. LifeStyles’ mission is to provide compassionate programs and services that meet the needs of those who are under-served in our community, resulting in Help, Hope and Transformation. The agency focuses efforts on serving the most vulnerable in the community, including those that are homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. Programs range from providing shelter services, street outreach, transportation, domestic violence safe housing, and emergency financial assistance. Corae has worked with LifeStyles for eighteen years, starting as a temporary Receptionist assigned for one week. Her primary responsibilities for the organization are program implementation and management, grant writing, and serving as an on-call supervisor for the organization, handling after-hour calls for households requesting emergency shelter throughout the region.
Corae was recently nominated as one of the top 13 Southern Maryland Women to Watch in 2022. Corae is the current Chair of the MD Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC), which promotes community collaboration to end homelessness and provides funding support for homeless service providers and housing programs in eight counties. She also serves in the following positions: Chair of the Charles County Homeless & Emergency Shelter Committee; Co-Chair of the Charles County Family Violence Coordinating Council; member of the Charles County Advocacy Council for Children, Youth and Families; and, serves as one of the Youth Ministry leaders at Free Gospel Church of Bryans Road. She is recently trained as a Certified Church Consultant with Church Consultation University. She previously served seven years (2013 – 2020) as a member of the Maryland Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism, appointed by former Governor Martin O’Malley; she is one of the first persons appointed to this Commission from Southern Maryland. Also, Corae was a former member of the Charles County Commission for Women from 2009 – 2017. She is also certified to provide Mental Health First Aid training.
Corae has a double Bachelors degree in Marketing and Sociology from the College of William and Mary, and a Masters degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from American University. Corae has a sincere heart for those who are most vulnerable and believes that collaboration is key in serving people effectively. She currently resides in Waldorf with her husband, Louis and daughter, Jada.
