What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process for people involved in a dispute, or who need to have a difficult conversation. Trained mediators guide participants through an informal process that helps those involved to identify the issues and generate their own resolutions. Mediators are non-judgmental, do not take sides or tell you what to do.

What is Community Conferencing?

Community Conferencing is a facilitated process that allows schools, neighborhoods, government agencies, faith communities, organizations and families to respond to destructive behavior in constructive way. Community Conferencing provides all participants who are involved in and affected by a conflict or crime, a safe and structured space to resolve the matter safely and effectively.

Are legal disputes consuming your time, resources, and energy as you navigate the complexities of the pretrial process? Discover a proactive approach to resolving conflicts before they escalate further with our pretrial mediation services.

Our experienced mediators specialize in facilitating constructive dialogue between parties involved in civil cases, supporting them in reaching mutually beneficial agreements that prioritize collaboration, understanding, and efficiency.

By engaging in pretrial mediation, litigants can explore alternative dispute resolution methods that offer swifter resolutions, lower costs, and more control over the outcome of their cases. Our mediators create a neutral and confidential environment where both sides can openly share their perspectives, interests, and concerns, paving the way for innovative solutions tailored to each party's needs and priorities.

Community conferencing is a powerful and transformative process that allows schools, neighborhoods, government agencies, faith communities, organizations and families affected by conflict or harm to respond in a structured setting.

Through facilitated dialogue, participants can share their experiences, perspectives, and feelings, fostering empathy, understanding, and connection.

This restorative approach focuses on repairing harm, addressing underlying issues, and finding solutions that meet the needs of all involved parties. By promoting accountability, healing, and reconciliation, community conferencing has the potential to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and empower individuals to move forward positively.

Community dialog circles (also known as Talking Circles or Peacemaking Circles) provide a unique space for individuals to engage in authentic and meaningful conversations, fostering connection, understanding, and empathy among participants. These dialog circles range from small department issues to large neighborhood challenges. This structural framework is used to build relationships and to address events within a community. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, dialog circles encourage open dialogue, active listening, and respectful communication.

Participants are invited to share their perspectives, stories, and experiences while cultivating a sense of community and belonging. Guided by principles of respect, curiosity, and non-judgment, dialog circles promote deep reflection, mutual learning, and the exploration of diverse viewpoints.

Through these transformative discussions, participants develop critical thinking skills, expand their awareness, and strengthen relationships with others. Dialog circles serve as a catalyst for personal growth, interpersonal connection, and collective action, inspiring positive change and building bridges across differences.

These Circles serve to create safe spaces, build connections, and offer an opportunity to process what is happening with yourself and others, and to listen and support each other.

Conflict management workshops offer a valuable opportunity for individuals and organizations to cultivate essential skills for navigating and resolving conflicts constructively. Through interactive sessions, participants learn practical strategies, tools, and techniques to address disagreements, build communication skills, and foster collaborative relationships.

These workshops provide a collaborative and supportive environment for exploring different conflict styles and understanding underlying interests. By enhancing emotional intelligence, active listening, and problem-solving abilities, participants are better equipped to manage conflicts proactively and creatively.

The knowledge and insights gained from conflict management workshops empower individuals to handle challenging situations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. By promoting a culture of openness, respect, and dialogue, these workshops contribute to a more harmonious and productive work environment, enabling teams to thrive and succeed together.

Are you facing overwhelming conflicts in your personal or professional life? Do you struggle to effectively navigate challenging situations and find constructive solutions? Our conflict coaching program is here to support and empower you on your journey towards greater peace, clarity, and resolution.

Conflict Coaching is a non-judgmental, confidential, and voluntary one-on-one conversation between a participant and a conflict coach. The coach's role is to listen, help the participant feel heard and understood, and provides a process that allows the participant to identify their goals, think about strategies to use in their conflict, and possibly come up with their own ideas about how to address the situation.

Whether you are dealing with interpersonal disputes, workplace challenges, or inner conflicts, our conflict coaching program will provide you with the guidance and support you need to approach conflicts with confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment. By learning how to transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and learning, you will emerge stronger, more self-aware, and better equipped to handle future challenges.
