career infoIn order to offer home improvement services in the State of Maryland, contractors must be licensed by the Maryland Department of Labor. In order to be eligible for licensing, contractors need to pass a home improvement contractor exam given by PSI Examination Services. CSM offers TEC-7560 Maryland Home Improvement License Exam Preparation that prepares you to pass the examination.

Home improvement contractors attending the exam prep training will become familiar with the information needed to prepare for the Maryland Home Improvement License Exam.
