Ways to Pay

CSM offers several ways to financially secure your continuing education courses.

Pay in Full

Pay in full online at time of registration using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Please visit a convenient campus location to register and pay by cash, check, or money order.

If you need financial assistance, be sure to apply for scholarships offered by the CSM Foundation through the Scholarship Finder for Continuing Education.

If your charges exceed $500, you may be eligible to enroll in the monthly Payment Plan online—a convenient, interest-free way to budget your expenses. No credit check required.

Have approved and processed tuition assistance paperwork through Third-party or Employer-paid Registration or Veterans or Military Tuition Assistance.

Tuition and Fees

If you are taking continuing education courses for workforce training, adult education, or personal enrichment, costs are listed with each course description.

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

CSM Foundation Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through the CSM Foundation for all eligible students enrolled in selected workforce training certificates.

A limited amount of financial assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis to those who meet certain criteria. Scholarships do not include the cost of books or outside expenses. Scholarships are based on funding availability.

The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) addresses the needs of job seekers through establishing a workforce system that helps them access employment, education, training and support services to succeed in the labor market.

The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship is a last-dollar scholarship available to students who enroll at a Maryland community college. Eligible students can receive up to $5,000 to cover any remaining tuition and mandatory fee expenses after Federal or State financial aid has been applied.

 Who May Apply?

A Maryland high school graduate or GED recipient eligible for in-state tuition who is planning to enroll or is currently enrolled full-time or part-time ​​at a Maryland community college in:

  • A credit-bearing vocational certificate/certificate/associate degree program
  • A sequence of credit or non-credit courses that leads to licensure or certification
  • A registered apprenticeship program

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be a Maryland resident.
  • You must be a Maryland High School graduate or Maryland GED graduate.
  • You must be lawfully residing in the United States.
  • Students must be within the required adjusted gross income limits based on the applicable tax year: $100,000 if the applicant is single or in a single-parent household or $150,000 if the applicant is married or resides in a two-parent household.

How Do I Apply?

 Please print the Non-Credit Maryland Promise Scholarship Application and read carefully in its entirety prior to completing. You will be required to hand-sign the application and submit all the required documents.
