A Home Inspector examines residential property and evaluates the condition of the structure, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems and components, electrical system, and appliances.
Obtain the classroom training that is required by the Maryland Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation (DLLR) prior to being licensed in Maryland as a Home Inspector.
